Машината е предназначена за почистване на благородната плесен от сурово сушени продукти – луканки, суджуци и др.

Машината е изпълнена като заварена рамкова конструкция, изцяло от неръждаема стомана AISI 304.

Състои се от корпус с две четки и подвижна рамка, на която се закачат продуктите (заедно с „бастуна”). Едната четка е окачена на отделна рама. Това позволява да се регулира разстоянието между четките според големината на продукта. Скоростта на въртене на четките се регулира плавно.

Рамката, на която са окачени продуктите, се задвижва чрез пневматичен цилиндър. Ходът на рамката също може да се регулира и ограничава, в зависимост от вида на продукта.

Управлението е компютъризирано – контролер DELTA HOLAND със „touch screen” екран.

Монтирани са три вида защити на оператора против инциденти и травми.

Машината е в съответствие с Директивите на Европейския Съвет № 98/37/ЕЕС и 73/23/ЕЕС и USDA наредба.

Deboning Line PDF Print

Poultry and Fish Deboning Line:

The line is designed for poultry and fish deboning. The end product is finely minced meat with waste material of finely milled bones.

The technology is fully waste-free. Finely milled bones can be used as cat’s and dog’s food.

Raw materials temperature must be from -5° up to -12° С.

Calcium content in the ready product is depending on the yield – the process is regulated.

Short description of the process:

The frozen chickens are chopped into pieces with the guillotine and then minced in the meat mincer. The conveyor carries them to the compressing machine where the necessary deboning pressure is produced. A cylindrical sleeve-grate divides meat from bones. The outcome is finely minced meat with a waste product of finely milled bones.

It is made entirely of stainless steel, 1.4301 DIN (AISI 304) grade with permission for contact with food - according to the standard.
