The pass-through washing machine is designed to clean plastic boxes with max size 600x450x400.

It is made entirely of stainless steel, 1.4301 DIN (AISI 304) grade with permission for contact with food - according to the standard.
Washing is performed with water circulating in closed filtered cycle. For rinsing is used general water supply.
There are two zones – for washing and rinsing.

Washing is performed in the main washing zone by means of a centrifugal pump and adjustable nozzles. The suitable cleaning agent is added manually in the feedtank before starting the machine. As an option automatic dosing of the cleaning agent can be provided.

The main tank, situated beneath the main washing zone, is equipped with a removable sieve (hole size- 1.5 mm) for catching the bigger soils, an inlet for filling in fresh water (for the first fill-in), an overflow for the used water and an outlet with ball valve for draining the washing machine.

The desired temperature of the water for washing can be adjusted between 30-90oC via a thermostat.
The water used during the rinsing process is afterwards lead away into the main tank and thus the water inside is constantly refreshed.

The containers are transported through the various washing zones by a motor driven transport chain. The transport speed can be adjusted on the machine control panel depending on how dirty the respective containers are. A gear-motor is mounted on the outlet side of the machine to drive the transport chain.

The gear motor is equipped with a sliding connector to prevent eventual injuries to the personnel from the transport chain.
The control panel can be mounted either on the left or on the right of the machine in accordance with the customer requirements.
The centrifugal pump is equipped and ensured against working in the dry.
The machine is delivered together with a 450 mm long in-feed and outlet tables.

The productivity is adjustable.

Washing Machine for 200L Bins 21.0330.01

Machine is designated for washing of 200 ltr buggies and has electrical heating. It allows achieving maximum washing and disinfecting effects.

It is made entirely of stainless steel, 1.4301 DIN (AISI 304) grade with permission for contact with food - according to the standard.

The door is hydraulically driven. It is used for buggy lifting and overturning as well as loading. The washing process begins by pressing the Start button when buggy is positioned on top.

The buggy is washing by means of a stainless steel pump and rotating arm with nozzles. Buggy bottom is also washed with special door mounted collectors.

The automatic detergent dosing system is standard.

The machine is equipped with a continuously working band filter for removing the bigger soils from the waste water. Water circulates in closed filtered cycle.

The ventilation is executed after rinsing and before door opening. The radial exhaust fen is standard equipment.

When the washing process is complete, the door opens automatically and the buggy can be unloaded. If operating personnel crosses the work zone, the door opening blocks automatically to prevent injuries.

Washing Machine For Smoke Carts

The machine is designed for cleaning of smoke carts with max dimentions 1050 x 1050 x 2000 mm.

It is made entirely of stainless steel, 1.4301 DIN (AISI 304) grade with permission for contact with food - according to the standard.

Washing is performed with 55°C water circulating in closed filtered cycle incl. a suitable detergent. For rinsing is used general water supply. All washing nozzles are adjustable (free rotatable due to a special joint). The main wash tank is placed under the wash room of the machine.

The machine is equipped with a continuously working filter for removing the bigger soils from the waste water.

During the rinsing procedure the cart is sprayed with fresh water through fine water jets in a spray ring. The rinse water flows into the tank. The rinsing time is adjustable too.

There are automatic dosing system for detergent dosing and automatic secure system for opened door.

The machine complies with the Council Directives No. 98/37/EEC and 73/23/EEC and USDA regulations.

Машината е предназначена за измиване на нестандартни (различни по размери и форма) опаковки- форми за кашкавал, сирене и др.

Изпълнява се с електрическо или парно подгряване на миещия разтвор в резервоара.

Измиването се извършва с рециркулационна вода от резервоара, а изплакването се извършва с циркулационна вода от водопроводната мрежа.

Продължителността на програмите за миене и плакнене се настройва от оператора в зависимост от замърсяването на опаковките.
